The is my favorite Persian restaurant. It is a modest place but great food! I also don't think they serve wine or beer.

I give Darband 5 stars. It's a simple and clean place to have good Persian food. The portions of the food is large with good quality. They now serve salmon kabob which is very tasty. This is the only place that I know of that serves salmon kabob. You can also substitute rice with salad for a small fee.

We come to this place anytime we're in San Diego area because the food is tasty and price is just right. Make sure you order the Darband special if you want to have chicken, koobideh and barg kabobs. The tea is great.

Hands down one of the best Persian restaurants I've been to in a while. We went here while visiting my sister in San Diego and ordered the Darband Special. The quality of the food was out of this world with the staff making you feel you were right at home. There was four of us and we ordered 2 Darband Specials and a Greek Salad and tahdeeg. It was the perfect amount of food for us and we will be for sure coming back.

I visit San Diego a few times a year and I try to eat here at least once. It has one the best Iranian foods in the area in a simple and clean environment. They have great tea and it's free. Their koobideh is very tasty.

It's a modest place with good food. They have a tea station and serve free Persian style tea. As part of your dish they serve yogurt and cucumber and hot pepper which is a good touch.

I ran into this Persian restaurant accidentally. To my surprise they had a great koobideh and chicken kabob. What I really liked about this place was their free tea. You can have brewed tea at no charge and it is very tasty. I am not a fan of some Persian places but I highly recommend this place.
